Ordering and lead times
Ordering our products can be doine online and we offer secure payment options. We can also take orders over the phone if that is your preference.
We aim to ship your product as soon as we can. Some orders may take longer to fullfill than others. When you place an order you should receive an email with your order details and you can also download a PDF invoice by registering on the site prior to placing the order.
When we have dispatched your order we will notify you via email and usually your order will be sent via tracked delivery so you will have a tracking code to follow progress of your delivery. If you need to discuss any previously placed order please call us on the number shown on our website heading and please have your order ID to hand.

£7.99 for orders over £25
We are happy to receive goods back from customers if they are faulty or incorrect.
They must be returned at the customer’s own expense, unless there has been a mistake by our despatch department or the goods were faulty or damaged upon arrival, in which case the cost will be reimbursed.
We must be informed immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) that there is a problem, because goods will not be accepted for return without prior notification.
Goods must be returned in original packaging and unused, otherwise they will be rejected and sent back to the customer. If all of the above criteria are met, a full credit will be paid back to the customer, except for the original delivery charge (this will only be reimbursed if goods were sent faulty or damaged).
