Welcome to Paris Music –satisfy your online backing track needs
Here at Paris Music Limited we specialise in producing high quality, sound-a-like professional backing tracks for singers and performers.
The Paris Music team is of the highest calibre, featuring producers, musicians and singers with undeniable experience in-studio and performance credits on shows including Top of the Pops and Later with Jools Holland. Yes, we only use the best musicians and vocalists to re-create the professional recordings, and as a result match our tracks as close to the original as possible.
Our blend of state of the art technology, and hugely experienced personnel ensure that you won't find a better sounding cover version anywhere.
As a result, we have four types of music backing tracks for your choosing:
- > Instrumental - Full backing tracks featuring all instruments and no vocals.
- > Backing Vocals - Full backing track featuring all instruments & all relevant backing vocals.
- > Record Mix - A complete mix including a lead vocal for guide purposes.
- > Multitrack - Each Instrument group supplied as its own WAV file. If you use studio software such Cubase, Logic or ProTools you can mix our Backing Tracks yourself. (See FAQs for breakdown of separate instrument groups).
Whatever your music requirements may be, Paris Music can produce it for you. We have produced an eclectic array of styles and genres including: dance remixes; jingles; instrumental albums (i.e. pan pipes); new age music; Gregorian vocals; and children’s nursery rhyme backing tracks.
All our professional backing tracks have definite endings – we don’t do fade outs – and are available in the original key unless stated otherwise. Alternatively, we can make songs available in alternate keys, however prices and availability will vary from track to track.
For more information, feel free to explore the tabs above or drop a message on our Contact Us page.
Do your backing tracks have fade-out ending?
No. Every backing track in our catalogue has a definite, arranged ending. No fade-outs whatsoever.
Can you supply backing tracks of songs that aren't in your catalogue?
Yes. If you can send us a decent quality copy of the song you are interested in (either email an mp3 to email@example.com or post us a CD copy) we will get back to you with quote based on the level of work involved.
This will be a cost price and the backing track will eventually be added to our catalogue.
Can you supply backing tracks in different keys?
Yes. We can use the latest pitch-shifting software to change the key up or down by one or two semitones and achieve good quality results. We will pitch-shift any track in our catalogue this way at no extra cost. Just order the backing track in the original key, then send us an email detailing which tracks you would like altered. We'll email the pitch-shifted track or tracks to you or send you a link to download them by the next working day.
For changes of more than two semi-tones, or if you would like the absolute best quality result, we will be happy quote you a price to re-record any track professionally in the studio. Let us know by email or phone which song/s you are interested in and in what key and we'll work out a price for you.
Can your backing tracks be supplied with certain instruments removed?
We can remix most songs in our catalogue to your exact requirements. Let us know by email or phone which song or songs you are interested in and we'll check availability and price.
We can also supply most songs in our catalogue in multitrack format, whereby each instrument group is supplied as a separate WAV file for you to import into your own system and mix yourself.
Do I need an extra license to record myself singing to one of your backing tracks?
We are happy for you to record yourself using our backing tracks for promotional and personal use. If you intend to release the recordings commercially (through a record company) then you will need to contact us to arrange an alternative license.
What happens if I can't download a backing track I have paid for?
Contact us straight away either by phone or email. One way or another we WILL get you a copy of your requested backing track.
How are the separate Instruments grouped if I order multitrack/separate WAV files?
They are generally split as drums/percussion/bass/electric guitars/acoustic guitars/lead and solo guitars/piano/electric piano/organ/strings/brass/synths/backing vocals and click track.
Where can I find the download link for my multitrack order?
Our multitracks are too big to be held on our server, so once your order has been placed a download link is sent manually by www.yousendit.com.
The link can take up to 48 hours to arrive.
If you place your order outside of UK office hours we will attend to it the next working day.
Can I buy Paris Music backing tracks anywhere else?
